THIRD PARTY REGISTRATION

Third-Party Registration 

“I want to register someone else” – 1 to 9 participants only

  • Third-Party registrations are the professional option for any person or company in charge of a registration from 1 to 9 participants.
  • To manage the registration, create (or sign into) your personal EADV account. Do not register using someone else’s credentials.
  • This way, you will be the Registration Owner (contact person) and the only one entitled to put through any request (name changes for instance) concerning the registration(s). A Third-Party processing the registration directly from the participant’s account is not considered the Registration Owner.
  • Important TIPS:
    1. Use your personal account for the login, click on the panel “Individual and Third Party Registration” and select the option “Register or book tickets for someone else”
    2. Insert the active (private or working) email address of your client* at this stage only (by doing so, this allows them to download their personal certificates after the congress). Do not use fake email addresses.
      *  In case the person is an EADV Active Member, make sure that the email address inserted at this stage is the one connected to their EADV membership account, otherwise they will not benefit from preferential rates.

Any special requests must be sent to the Registration Department (registration@eadvcongress.org) no later than Wednesday, 15 September 2021. Any requests received after this date will not be considered.

 

How registered participants can access to the Virtual Congress

Starting from Wednesday, 29 September 2021, all attendees can join the EADV Congress visiting the event’s homepage where they will find a hyperlink to the virtual platform. 

To sign in, the below personal credentials are needed:

  • Personal EMAIL ADDRESS:
    The participant’s email address used during the registration process is mandatory.
  • Personal PASSWORD:
    The personal password is NOT provided during the online registration process.
    Participants who already attended the EADV Virtual Congress 2020 or the EADV Spring Symposium 2021 can login using the same password, no further actions are needed.
  • Each attendee must set the password before the Virtual Congress starts.
  • To set the password, they should use the Forgot Password option, available on the online registration system homepage.
  • The day the Congress starts, they can access the event using the above credentials.
